As a high-level overview, it did a good job pointing out the different perspectives to consider for new technology adoption and primes discussions for how to lower barriers to entry and get real value (and not just technology consumption for the sake of consumption) out of technology decisions. I'll have to take the slides and discuss with other management / staff with some of the projects I'm building for my office." |
